Shamanic Journeying is an ancient spiritual practice traditionally used to bring personal guidance and healing for yourself and others. This work often provides a deeper connection to nature, a deep sense of well-being, and clarity in your life path. The beat of the drum often takes you to an altered state of consciousness where awareness is expanded.
In this is a beginning class, we learn basic journey skills so that you can journey on your own if you choose to. Receive instruction about the shamanic realms, what kinds of beings you are likely to meet, and where you will find your teacher and your power animal.
If you already know how to journey, this is an opportunity to deepen your skills.

There are no prerequisites for this introductory course.
This course is a prerequisite for advanced trainings

YOUR INSTRUCTOR
With more than 48 years of spiritual practice, Sarah Dole has been a shamanic practitioner and teacher since 1999. Sarah studied under Sandra Ingerman and assisted in some of her trainings, and with Tom Cowen and Michael Harner (Foundation for Shamanic Studies).
