8 Empowering Beliefs to increase your happiness

Your experiences are shaped by your thinking. By adopting some of the beliefs below you can empower yourself to be happy. Even obstacles have a value when you can see it. You can develop convictions that will help you to feel happier and achieve more, regardless of the situation.

Consider these empowering beliefs that you can start using today to transform your life through the power of positive thinking.

  1. I understand my potential. You can achieve amazing results when you put your mind to it. Feel excited about reaching your true potential. I hereby grant you permission to let yourself be ALL that you can be.
  2. I count my blessings. List each thing that you have to be grateful for. Remember to include the smaller items, like warm socks, instagram or tart cranberriesExpressing your appreciation reminds you of how rich you are. I think you can find more of these each day if you put your attention on it,
  3. I learn from mistakes. You can make setbacks work for you by focusing on the lessons that they contain. Flubbing one job interview can teach you how to ace the next one. As a performing artist I cannot get upset over one word I forgot at the last concert. My mastery come in the form of how resilient I am and how well I recover.
  4. I find meaning in adversity. Tough times can be the most rewarding phase of your life. Know that you can emerge from any challenge with greater wisdom and courage. I hate to say it but that old adage of “that which does not kill you makes you stronger” has a tiny bit of truth to it! Look back at the obstacles you’ve already overcome, and reassure yourself that you can handle what’s ahead.
  5. I embrace change. Accept that life is a series of changes. Focus on the present moment, and prepare yourself to adapt to whatever circumstances come your way. If all else fails… practice this mantra: “change is good, change is good, change is good!”
  6. I dream big. Expand your wish list. Do not play small if you want big results. Setting demanding but attainable goals gives you adventures to look forward to each day.
  7. I practice forgiveness. Lighten your load by clearing away any resentment you’re holding onto from the past. Set reasonable boundaries while you respond with compassion when others disappoint you. While you are at it, Pardon yourself too. If you are like me you can be pretty rough on yourself at times and while that fuels you to get better you do want to temper it with a some of that golden compassion you tend to grant others.
  8. I give generously. Sharing your blessings makes you more powerful and joyful. Volunteer in your community and speak kindly to each person you meet today. Buy coffee for your co-workers or give your receptionist a flower.

Dream big and stay positive. You can achieve all of the goals you set out to achieve.

The Number One Thing You Can do to Enjoy Your Fabulous Life

Just breathe...The Number One thing you can do to enjoy your fabulous life. Are you ready? here it is: Breathe. Just Breathe. I mean it. Let me spell it out for you.
B – Breathe deeply and Be inside your body now. Close your eyes and slowly with intention fill your lungs with life giving oxygen. Imagine your lungs absorbing this vital life force giving nutrient and listen closely as your heart beats slowly delivering it to every single cell of your body.
R – Release energies that are not in your highest good. Close your eyes and imagine you can see your whole body as a grid of light illuminated from the inside. Notice anything in that grid of light that is dark or black or looks out of place. Imagine that you can collect any discordant energies or debris and dispose of them in a large refuse container. When you have managed to collect the negative energy, graphically visualize disposing of or destroying the can of energy “crud”. Make it fun.
E – Establish a connection with the higher self. Say to your self: “Self, we need to have a talk.” Now just listen. The part that says “who me?” or “what do you want to talk about” is the part we are talking to!
– Ask for guidance from your angel team. Once you feel you have a connection with your higher self you can ask to call in your Angels, Healing Masters and Guides. Ask for assistance with whatever issue needs healing or attention. I like to draw oracle cards or use a pendulum to get my answers from my team but it is also possible to just wait and listen to whatever thoughts enter your consciousness. Sometimes you may see a picture or hear a song or have an idea. These are all messages. Remember- being connected to your higher self is the first step in bringing in your team.
T – Take the advice of your angel team! You may want to keep a journal handy to jot down messages, ideas, pictures, colors or information you receive. It is important to get these ideas or messages down on paper because our conscious mind LOVES to forget or rationalize the messages away. Let the message speak through you with art or music.
H – Hold the the resonance. Keep the energy of the vision alive by visiting it daily. Embody it, Breathe it, Write it, Create a Vision Board whatever you do, you must take some small action to nurture it daily. Call upon your team as often as possible to update and refine your vision.
E – Expect the best! Know that your angel healing team and the Universe want you to succeed. As long as you have been clear about your intentions and hold the resonance of what you want to create, heal or change in your life your prayers and healing intentions will be answered.
So there you have it. Now… take a deep breath and enjoy your fabulous life.

Three Easy things to do to have a healthier, happier and stress free life

Taking care of yourself and having a daily self care practice does not have to be complicated or expensive. Here are 3 Aeriol Checklist graphiceasy things you can do to live a healthier, happier and stress free life.

1. Drink Water: It is nearly impossible to drink too much water. We need to do this not only for dietary reasons but also to cleanse the tissues of nasty adrenaline and stress chemicals secreted by our glands into the bloodstream as a reaction to negative emotions or trauma. Consider that our body is electricity.  Water is one of Mother Nature’s powerful energy conductors. Take advantage of this and drink plenty of clean fresh water and soon you will notice your energy flowing more smoothly. Bonus if you bless your water using your intentionality before consuming it.

2. Practice Intentional Breathing: Don’t laugh, I know it sounds silly to have to say but I mean it. I find most of my clients do not know how to connect their breath to their body.
