Our body is designed to give us information & feedback that’s readily available to us when we are aware and know how to listen. When you truly inhabit your body you’re able to tap into the power, knowledge, and resources that reside inside you.
Somatic awareness is more than just ‘brain’ learning ~ it’s an opportunity to learn powerful distinctions and practice implementing over time with a skilled observer. These tools are critically important given the huge grab we’re currently in. They’re also valuable life skills that help us be Lit Up & Living Fully! When women engage from that space, everyone is contributed to ~ how fabulous is that?

With this Group Program you will:
- Increase your ability to think and move with a conscious response vs knee jerk reaction
- Build awareness of how your body drives you and how to move differently
- Learn about your habits (there’s 4 kinds) and how to shift them
- Have access to or participate in six 90-minute group sessions, Thur 4:00-5:30pm PT (all sessions will be recorded)
