You aren’t alone. In a world that demands you be “fine,” “perfect,” or “productive” 24/7, it’s easy to get trapped in a chronic state of fight-or-flight. You find yourself performing your personality, “masking” your true feelings, and feeling lonely even when you’re surrounded by people. It’s time to stop.

We are a monthly, virtual healing circle—a safe, small-group container designed for women and non-binary individuals who are ready to “be seen as you are.”
This isn’t a lecture. It’s a transition. Talking, feeling, and doing it differently. In our 90-minute monthly gatherings, we use somatic tools and nervous system regulation to help you exit “survival mode” and land in a state of safety.

When: We gather on the 3rd Saturday of the month for grounding, education, and shared healing.
Format: Small-group, interactive, and fully virtual.
