Your Ideal Health Plan!

It’s time to step into your Strong Authentic Health! There is so much information out there about health and fitness that it can be overwhelming, and what works for your BFF may not work for you. We are all built differently, so it’s important to understand what your body needs to thrive.

In this 2-hour workshop, we will go over the 5 Pillars of health, and discuss how they can uniquely work for you, and give you time to create a health plan that works for you! In this program we will discuss:

* Your Big Why. It’s important to assign purpose to the process. When you have purpose it creates intention and will keep you inspired and motivate to achieve those goals.

*Your Ideal Fitness Plan.You will get a copy of a blank fitness calendar and together we will create a fitness plan that works for you! Remember, our goal is to enjoy and embrace our bodies.

*80/20. Let’s get rid of the dieting mentality. It doesn’t work. We will discuss a plan that works and creates an understanding of what your body actually needs versus the “instant gratification” foods that it can crave when your sugar levels are off and you are in an unhealthy cycle of eating. It’s time to find that balance and create a healthy and enjoyable relationship with food.

* Fun Factor. This is a missing factor in so many of our lives. We are too busy taking care of everyone else that we forget what feeds us and how to have some good clean fun. In this part of the workshop, you will reignite that zest and we will create an action plan for you to bring good clean fun back into your life. Fun is what feeds our souls, and makes life enjoyable, and feeds our purpose and passion.

*Your Personal Authentic Health Formula. This ties everything together and we look at what it means to reignite your health, reframe your mindset and reclaim your power.

Raquel has been a fitness trainer, nutrition coach and life coach for more than a decade. She believes that every person has everything within themselves to thrive. She loves coaching clients into finding their outer strength, so they can tap into their inner strength, and find that courageous confidence and shine unapologetically bright!
