(This is the third article in a series about the four pillars of spiritual marketing, so you get results and enjoy the process.)
Try building or improving the pillars of your marketing to create your best year ever! These four pillars involve getting clear on the truth, plan, message and path within your business. The third pillar—the message—lets the right clients find you more easily.
How to craft your spiritual marketing message:
- Know who you love to do it with. Your ideal clients are the folks who light up your days, months and years as you work together. When you come together, you create something greater that nourishes you both. You want your marketing messages to speak to your ideal clients so they can easily identify themselves as the right people to work with you.
- Learn what you do uniquely well for your clients. Sometimes purpose-driven entrepreneurs are afraid to know what their competition is doing. It is all too easy to get trapped in the “they do it better” mentality or doubt people would actually prefer working with you. But to be successful you must know what your competition is up to and, even more importantly, your message needs to communicate how you are different or unique.
- Identify your brand personality. Yes, for the most part, as an entrepreneur you are your brand. Still, it’s essential that you articulate and document your unique attributes, the ones you want vendors and staff to hold sacred in portraying your brand. Setting up your brand personality helps you walk your talk in your business.
- Reveal yourself. We are many faceted beings. It’s important that you know and project your essence in your messages. That’s what creates resonance with you and your potential customers. Learn what your essence is, live into it and share it with others. This creates powerful messaging that entices potential clients to respond.
