Health and wellness are Simple – but not easy! Join Tracie as she takes you through the five simple components needed for lifelong transformation.
During the “Five Days to Contend for your Wellness” series, we will focus each day on one of the five components necessary for lifelong transformation. At the end of the week, we’ll have set the groundwork for you to be able to take these simple daily practices forward through your summer, during work days, vacation days, weekend days, family days, friend days, holidays, and any other day.
Over her last 7 years as a Certified Health Coach, Tracie has guided hundreds of people toward better health and wellness using these same fundamental components and now she will bring them to you in a brief series that anyone can find the time for.
