People in female bodies often have some extra barriers to speaking publicly with confidence.
*Imposter syndrome
*Fears of verbal attacks and projection
*Being sexualized or having their knowledge trivialized
*Fears that being emotional or vulnerable when speaking will discredit what they are saying or the information they are presenting
*Fears of being pushy or salesy when making their offer
*Having learned speaking from a masculine structure that doesn’t fit their feminine flow
*Self-sabotaging beliefs/fears about becoming more highly visible
We will be exploring these and more throughout the day.
During this daylong workshop we will highlight the differences between classic public speaking and transformaitonal speaking and begin to explore the foundational keys needed to move the needle so that you can increase your influence and impact through your speaking.
This day will be a combination of experiential exercises, lecture, speaking opportunities and networking.
