Experience the Shadows through embodiment and exploration.
Both art processes and group discussions will be held in a safe and confidential circle.
Through a crafting project, you will create 2 movable shadow puppets and use them in process of:

- Expert guidance
- Personal inquiry
- Supportive witnessing
Crafting project – no art experience necessary.
