Power Speak – Speaking your truth from the Boardroom to the Bedroom.  A workshop for powerful female bodied folks who have something to say!!!

Come play and learn to engage your Wild Feminine Superpowers so that you can communicate with power, influence, impact, authenticity and heart in ANY situation.

This workshop is designed to help you identify barriers in your communication with others when there is a charge (high emotions) in your business and/or in your intimate relationships.

*You will learn some feminine practices to “come back home”, ground, get centered, speak from the heart and share your truths more effectively.

*You will explore the different communication styles that work best in different situations.

*You will explore your communication “why’s” and learn how that impacts what you choose to say and how you choose to say it.

*You will learn some important differences between how the masculine and feminine receive and process information that will help guide you in conversation with those that identify as feminine or masculine (not necessarily male or female).

*You will begin to explore your own personal communication patterns when highly emotional and will rumble with when to let your emotions fly, when to step away or disengage, when to use emotional regulation tools and when to stick with your emotions in presences and embodied awareness despite discomfort.

*You will leave with a game plan for speaking your truth in situations where you have been struggling to express yourself effectively, powerfully and honestly.

I have met and worked with women who rock it in the board room and are baffled at why they are struggling to communicate their needs to their partner effectively.  I have met women who communicate just fine with their families, but struggle to assert themselves in a business environment or in the process of selling their products and services. I have met powerful women who become meek as mice in specific situations that trigger old wounds and it just breaks my heart.

We need communication in every setting and yet, most of us were never taught in any formal way, how to communicate effectively in a variety of situations.  What works in one environment doesn’t always work in others.  What works with one set of relationships, doesn’t always work with other relationships.  What works for one gender identity, doesn’t always work for another.

Exploring where we are running into challenges is an important step in creating a communication blue print that allows us to feel authentic, empowered, engaged and honest in every conversation we have.

Truth-telling is an intricate set of skills that can be learned.  It simply takes commitment, practice, inquiry and curiosity about your own experience and patterns, and time to really hone your skills to become the most effective, influential, inspiring and REAL communicator you can be.
