All speaking is public speaking, whether you are running a meeting, talking to a client on the phone or, of course, delivering a presentation. Your content and delivery are only a part of what it takes to inspire and motivate others to action and continued engagement with you as the leader of a work team, a volunteer committee or your own client community. In this session, we will discuss aspects of speaking and leadership that will improve your ability to get your point across, build insta-influence, and keep your audiences interested and engaged to amplify your impact and accelerate results.
Caterina Rando is a woman on a mission to uplift the lives of women business leaders through thriving entrepreneurship. She is an author, sought-after-speaker, podcaster and business transformation coach and leadership retreat leader. Her over twenty-five years of educating and empowering makes her truly masterful at providing a ton of value. She specializes in authentic selling, embracing speaking to build influence and strategic scaling to bliss and thrive more in business. She shows women entrepreneurs how to be loud and proud about the value they bring to have more impact. Caterina is the founder of The Thriving Women in Business Center in San Francisco, a place for women to gather to host workshops and events. She also started Thriving Women in Business Giving, which raises money for women and girls’ education and entrepreneurship training.
