Create the Attraction Model – Working While You Sleep

If you’re having trouble meeting your goals or achieving what you really want, you may want implement the attraction model. This is a proven technique that will help you create the mindset you need to ensure success. While you may be somewhat skeptical about this technique, it has been shown to be rather effective. To help you better understand the process, I have outlined some steps that can help you create the attraction model designed just for you, and you can do this all while you’re sleeping.

  • Step 1 What Do You Want – The first thing that you will need to do is to determine what you really wish to accomplish. Do you want a better job, a larger bank account, or simply be happier in your daily life. Think about what YOU really want….not what others think you should want.
  • Step 2 How Bad Do You Want It – Whatever you desire, you need to want it as bad as you’ve ever wanted anything. The stronger your desire is to accomplish your goal, the stronger your desire to take action will become.
  • Step 3 Believe – Whatever your goal is, you must believe that it will happen. When you believe in what you are trying to accomplish, it should make you feel happy and excited. You should not have any doubts during this step; if you do, you may need to rethink your goal.
  • Step 4 Focus Every Night – It has been said that the 5 – 10 minutes before we get into bed are the most important of our day. This is because we are preparing to enter our dream state, where whatever we are thinking about consciously will remain in our subconscious mind for the next four hours we are asleep. Before you get into bed, you should close your eyes and feel and visualize what you want to achieve from the point of view that you have already achieved it. Experience the feelings associated with accomplishing your goal, the more deeply and vividly you can feel and see it, the stronger the effect will be.
