1. How/why did you begin your business?
In my 1st Career I was a school principal and when I retired I started learning everything I could about Social Media.
My 2nd Career found me in that Professionals started reaching out to hire me on LinkedIn. As they say, the rest is history.
2. What has been your biggest challenge and how did you overcome it?
So much to Learn and so little time!
Taking full advantage of the Information I learn and finding ways to share that is my challenge. With Social Media there are changes on a daily basis and many of these can be helpful to those I work with.
Using “Systems” to maintain & monitor the information I acquire so I can make it available to those who are busy with their own professions is my quest.
3. How do you define SUCCESS?
One Goal | Accomplishment at a time and having the Freedom of Choices to make the decisions which I believe will make a positive impact.
4. If there was one thing you wish you knew before you began your business, what would that be?
To not be so hard on myself during the early stages. To recognize the sooner I invested in myself the quicker the Success would come as I would be learning from those who had gone before me.
5. What makes you an innovative woman?
Recognizing and Embracing that I (we) are all here for a Purpose and that we have a responsibility to fulfill that Prophecy.
