Burlesque is a dance-based expression of sacred, sensual, feminine power that honors the body as a unique vessel of mirth, beauty, and spirit. Using burlesque as the foundation for this workshop, we learn how to get out of our own way and dance our truth. This workshop is for anyone tired of feeling held back from authentic self-expression and ready to try something new. All you need is your body! Clothes will remain on at all times – no nudity allowed.
Please wear comfortable clothes and have a clear, safe space to dance in.
