Here to motivate the INTRApreneurs and equip the ENTREpreneurs, Anna Oakes has been described as someone who “thinks like a CEO, but connects like a mentor or friend.” After almost 20 years inside companies, from start-up to Fortune 500, Anna is now celebrating five years as a business owner and entrepreneur. Her time with Oakes Co. is spent helping organizations and employees embrace, and leverage, an INTRApreneurial mindset. Her newest venture as a first time co-founder with Own Your Culture, helps start-ups and small companies operationalize their culture for performance and humanity. Her motto is #peaceandprogress, which is helpful as she raises her twin 10-year olds!
