It’s December and that means one thing: ugly holiday sweaters. Some are too busy, some are off topic, some are confused, and some don’t have a real reason to exist. The same can be said about leaders. Have you met an ugly leader? Or, worse yet, do you think you might be an ugly leader? In this humorous and interactive presentation, we will discuss how leaders can start with good intentions and end up with something not quite as pretty as they thought it would be. We will also discuss how to create a leadership style that others will view as being much prettier than those ugly ones.
