Sound Healing for Self Care Day Camp

Discover the power of sound healing and learn how to use it in your daily self care practice for stress reduction and relaxation. This is a Day Long Boot Camp to get you started with intention setting, mindfulness meditation and learning about vibrational healing and energy medicine.
We will explore sound healing through a variety of instruments including crystal bowls, himalayan singing bowls, various percussion instruments and the sacred sound of the voice.
Included in this Day Long Boot Camp is a ZT700 Zen Therapeutic Singing Bowl ($179 value).
We will meet from 10am-5pm
We will take a one hour lunch break. There are local venues close by or you can bring your own.
This Workshop will be held at a private residence. You will be given the address after you register.
