We hold space as a community for the first & last 10mins of the hour – We start everything in CELEBRATION then the host will ask everyone to share what they will intend to focus their attentions on for the next 40mins of time.
We will all turn screens & mics off for that 40mins to individually take action or be in the energy that we set our personal intention on! At 10mins to the top of the hour (whatever time zone you are in) the host/MC will call you back in to the present moment to check in with encouraging support & accountability around how we did with your set intentions!
Any time left to the top of the hour is our mastermind/Q&A time to connect & grow together from our experiences as a community.
(These do get recorded when it is something we feel will benefit others to listen & absorb on a replay on our YouTube channel) If you wish to stay off the recording that’s perfectly awesome & nobody is seen unless your mic is open & you are speaking.
