Join The Gather Community and Paula Allen Presents: Systemize Your Vision: A Hands-On Blueprint for 2027
This interactive workshop takes your vision and turns it into an actual working plan — mapping out the exact processes, tools, and automations you need to scale without burning out.
Bring your 2027 goals; you’ll leave with a concrete systems roadmap you can start implementing immediately. No tech overwhelm, no guesswork — just clear, doable next steps toward the year you’ve been envisioning.
3 Key Takeaways:
Map your vision to a system, live. Use a guided worksheet to translate one 2027 goal into the specific process or automation that will support it.
Spot your rinse-and-repeat opportunities. Identify the recurring tasks and touchpoints in your business that are prime candidates for systemizing first.
Leave with a 90-day systems plan. Walk away with a prioritized, realistic action plan — not just ideas — so you know exactly what to build first as you prepare to scale.
